Meet the Content Experts: Jean Block, Fundraising

This week, we begin introducing you to our first group of NPO Connect Content Experts. Nationally-recognized experts in their respective fields, these high-caliber pros will head up our new Affinity Groups, providing great content, webinars, and discussion opportunities.

First, let's meet Fundraising Expert Jean Block:

Jean Block is President of Jean Block Consulting, Inc. and Social Enterprise Ventures LLC. Jean is a nationally recognized consultant and trainer on nonprofit management, fundraising, board development and social enterprise. She has more than 45 years experience as both board and staff leader for local, regional and national nonprofits. She is based in Albuquerque New Mexico. Jean has written 2 nonprofit books “Fast Fundraising Facts for Fame & Fortune” and “The ABCs of Building Better Boards” as well as several training manuals and assessment tools. Two more of her nonprofit books will be released by CharityChannel Press in early 2013. Jean is a regular speaker at national conferences, and presents webinars for several companies as well as for her two consulting companies. We're thrilled to have Jean on board!
